Service Description

Reiki is non-invasive, using light touch and energy healing techniques. During your session I will channel the energy, starting at the head, it will decide where it needs to flow. Some people experience the flow of energy quite strongly, like waves moving through their body. Some people see amazing colors and some simply feel deeply relaxed. It's a safe, soft experience suitable for everyone. Many clients experience deep relaxation, emotional clarity and a sense of peace finding it helps with pain relief, better sleep and more vitality after a session.
